At BDG we can provide training in a number of ways:
  
The current range of public courses is designed for GoldMine users. If you require training on specific versions or areas of functionality this can be arranged at your premises by contacting BDG.  All BDG courses are £200 per day +VAT per delegate (public courses) or £650 per trainer day + VAT (in house courses) and include comprehensive course notes. 
Public courses begin at 09:30am and close at 4:30pm. Refreshments and lunch are provided on public courses.

GoldMine User Introduction
  
Duration: The course will last for 1 day
Target Audience: This course has been designed to introduce new users to GoldMine. It is presumed that delegates will be familiar with Windows 95 / Windows 98 / NT Workstation / Windows 2000 / Windows XP to a user level.
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of hands-on, intensive training on GoldMine. When delegates return to the workplace they will be able to efficiently utilise the basic features of GoldMine.

GoldMine User Advanced Course
  
Duration: The course will last for 1 day.
Target Audience: This course is designed to take people with basic knowledge of GoldMine to an advanced user level.
Pre-requisites: It is presumed that delegates will already have attended the GoldMine User Introduction course.
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of hands-on, intensive GoldMine training to an advanced level. When delegates return to the workplace they will be able to efficiently and effectively utilise all the user features in GoldMine.

GoldMine Crash Course
Duration: The course will last for 1 day.  Half an hour has been set aside for lunch with further time allowed for refreshment breaks.
Target Audience: This course is designed to take people with a good working knowledge of computers to part way through the advanced user level programme. This is achieved by working through the User Introduction course at fairly high speed, concentrating on Good Practice
Pre-requisites: It is presumed that delegates will be confident and competent with Microsoft Windows to a Power User level..
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of hands-on, intensive GoldMine training to an advanced level. When delegates return to the workplace they will be able to efficiently and effectively utilise all the user features in GoldMine.

Duration: The course will last for 2 or 3 days depending on whether SQL issues were being covered on not.
Target Audience: This course has been designed for those who will be responsible for administering the GoldMine system.
Pre-requisites: It is presumed that delegates will already have attended the GoldMine user advanced course and will possess a reasonable degree of PC literacy.
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of intensive, hands-on GoldMine training to system administrator level. When delegates return to the workplace they will be able to manage and maintain the GoldMine system.

GoldSync for Administrators
  
Duration: The course will last for one day.
Target Audience: The course is aimed at and designed for those responsible for administering GoldSync and carrying out synchronisation procedures within the organisation.
Pre-requisites: It is presumed that delegates attending this course will have basic knowledge of GoldMine and possess a reasonable degree of PC literacy.
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of hands-on intensive training on GoldSync to administrator level. When delegates return to their workplaces they will be able to efficiently and effectively manage and maintain their GoldSync system.

Crystal Reports - User Introduction
  
Duration: The course will last for 2 days.
Target Audience: The course has been designed for existing administrators of GoldMine who need to make use of the additional reporting functionality offered by crystal reports.
Pre-requisites: It is presumed that delegates attending the course will already be familiar with GoldMine to a systems administrator level. If not, they should consider attending the GoldMine Systems administrator course beforehand.
Course Objectives: To provide a high degree of intensive, hands-on, crystal reports training. When delegates return to the workplace they will be able produce and print efficient management reports from GoldMine data.
This is an example-driven course which teaches the user to maximise the functionality of this powerful database-reporting tool. We are usually happy to incorporate your own examples into our workshops, providing they have been discussed with the trainer beforehand.
