At BDG we can provide GoldMine support in a variety of ways:
 
BDG can offer GoldMine support at several levels from basic Web Form/E-mail and Phone support right through to full helpdesk support.  We can provide support remotely using NetViewer or provide on site visits.
  
BDG Remote Support with NetViewer
Click the 'NetViewer Download' link below to download the NetViewer remote support file.  Save this to your desktop and then run the file, this will ask for a Session Number which BDG can provide to get connected.  If your Firewall is blocking the downloading of Executable files then click here to download a zipped version of the same file.
