of the client BDG will: |

Meet with a selection of employees and
managers to identify the key requirements of the system such
as:

Prepare a comprehensive specification of
the software requirements based on Business Flow Process Maps,
Reporting Requirements and Data Trapping Tables. Prepare a comprehensive report on the
findings in the form of a draft system manual.

Outline an implementation process.

Install the software on the main server and
the slave machines, completing the necessary license

evaluation and testing to check that the configuration meets the
client's requirements as agreed during the workflow. |

BDG
will transfer data from existing data systems to the GoldMine
installation. |

Implementation |
|
|
|
|
|
|
BDG will set up each of the
remote machines and configure the synchronisation manager to
meet the requirements agreed during the workflow. |

System
Administrator Training |
|
|
|
|
|
BDG will train the nominated
system administrator(s) in the key processes required to
maintain and develop the installation.
|
|
|
|
|

User Training |
|

| BDG will train users in the key
processes required to use GoldMine effectively. A proportion of
users will be given advanced training. |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
| As part of the product support
process, BDG will review the implementation 3 months after
installation to make recommendations of improvements and
development for the benefit of the client. |
|
|
|
|
|
| BDG will
generate the following documents during the project. All
documents will be available on disk in addition to hard copy if required. |
|
| |

Draft system manual;
|
| |
• |
Delegate notes for all training sessions;
|
| |
• |
Implementation notes for the use of system
administrators; |
|
|
|
|
