  My GoldMine Desktop
The new My GoldMine desktop is made up of customisable columns and sections that users can personalise to display business critical content from the Web, or from within GoldMine. Users can now get instant access to information, such as stock quotes, e-mail, weather, Forecasted Sales, pending Activities, the most recently-released add-on solution, the last time GoldMine was synchronised, and links to support sites, or any other relevant content that help them plan and manage their business better, from within a single window in GoldMine.
 
  Easy-to-use Contact Search Centre -
A simpler, more intuitive, centralised tool for searching for everything from the most frequently used queries (such as looking up a contact by name, company, phone, e-mail address, etc.) to basic searches, to multi-criteria "Power" searches such as those available with GoldMine's filters - all in one place using a new user-defined multi-column layout and context-sensitive Toolbar.
The Contact Search Centre also now has Quick Actions - these are Action Shortcuts that allow you to quickly schedule activities, send e-mail messages, initiate mail merges, and append information to contact groups or distribution lists. A powerful way to stay in close touch with your prospects and customers.
 
Redesigned Opportunity & Project Manager
The redesigned Opportunity/Project Manager simplifies the creation, tracking and completion of complex sales opportunities and projects and allows users to organise and work with opportunities and projects more quickly and easily, enabling sales staff to gain insight and intelligence from the Opportunity Manager's new step-by-step Wizard and improved business logic for sales roll ups, Wins and Losses.
 
QuickStart Wizard
The new capability for first time GoldMine users to get simple, step-by-step assistance with the essentials to set up their system, including bringing data into GoldMine, adding users, customising the most commonly used fields, applying industry templates, configuring E-mail, and integrating to key applications (such as Microsoft® Word and Adobe® Acrobat®).
 
Enhanced HTML Support
The ability for users and partners to leverage the powerful formatting capabilities of HTML throughout various areas of GoldMine to emphasise important information stored within the InfoCentre, about their contacts, conversations and activities, and in particular, for their E-mail communication. GoldMine Corporate Edition now offers users a native HTML editor to create dynamic, graphical content for the InfoCentre, the new GM+View tab, for single or mass e-mail merges, as well as for customising internal notes viewable by other GoldMine users.
 
Industry and User-specific Customisations
The new Field Properties feature and the new GM+View tab allow users in different industries, as well as users in different roles within a single organisation, to work effectively with a variety of different types of information. This functionality expands GoldMine’s basic contact-centric, business-to-consumer, modelling capabilities by providing Partners and administrators with the ability to control both the look and feel, as well as content of the primary (main fields above the tabs) contact screen. It also allows control of content for the information displayed in the Fields and GM+View tabs and shows information as varied as that which is typically related to business entities such as leads, customers, properties, automobiles, legal cases, or insurance policies (just to name a few).
 
Redesigned Calendar and Scheduling Tools
The new, updated calendar provides users with a friendly interface to simplify workflow and save time on common, repetitive time management processes with the introduction of a toolbar that offers quick access to the most commonly used functions such as Schedule, Complete, Zoom, navigate to dates, specifying activities for display, Delete, and Edit. Several other day/time planning and team collaboration tools have been added including the ability to complete and delete multiple activities en masse, richer holiday and occasion support, and support to send meeting requests to multiple contacts and GoldMine users.
 
XML Integration
This new ability allows users to export and import data in XML format, which has fast-become the standard for data transformation. Users can now import and export both primary contact information and associated secondary contacts, calendars, histories, Detail, Links records, and more, using XML, without the use of third-party applications.
Improved API integration
Integrate GoldMine Corporate Edition 7.5 with third-party applications you rely on to do your job more efficiently. GoldMine Corporate Edition 7.5 is now compatible with all COM capable development tools and third-party applications, including .NET and XML. Integration lets you provide users with a complete view of all customer information, all in GoldMine.
  
Advanced Palm Integration
Boost your mobile productivity with enhanced integration for Palm OS ®, the Palm operating system, increased security and more control over which activities you synch to your Palm device. GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 now supports new devices using Palm OS 5.0 and higher, from traditional PDAs to smartphones such as the Treo 600, running on Palm OS.

Unleash the power of your GoldMine data. Query and display the information you need, when you need it. The new GoldMine Lookup Wizard is a centralized search tool that helps you build SQL query strings to locate specific records and contact information across the GoldMine applications so you can quickly get the information you need to manage your business.
