  • Work Flow Analysis ­ to produce accurate process maps of the activities and business process that GoldMine is to support;
  • Design ­ of the GoldMine lookups, fields and profiles to match the requirements set out in the work flow;
  • Installation and Configuration ­ to install GoldMine on to the users system and configure it according to the design;
  • Data Transfer ­ from the original system to GoldMine;
  • Prototyping ­ to test the configuration;
  • User Training ­ to ensure that all users are effective in their use of the system;
  • Advanced User Training­ for a smaller number of users;
• System Manager Training­ for one or more in the organisation to enable on going development of the system;
 
   
To make the investment in GoldMine more manageable for smaller organisations, the Gold Packages assigned to contain:
   
 
  • GoldMine User Licenses.
  • 5 Pre-defined business processes implemented within the configuration.
  • Installation on the server and configuration of networked workstations.
  • System Manual ­documentation for the in­house system manage to assist in maintaining and developing the system.
  • User Training ­ half a day on the key skills for using GoldMine.
  • Advanced User Training ­ half a day on the key advanced skills, especially filters, template and report development.
  • Basic Maintenance training for the System Manager.
